At the minute I can remote desktop to Server A from home.
I want to make it the connection goes to Server B but I cannot change the firewall to forward to Server B.
Is there a way to make Server A forward the connection to Server B?

Why can't you change the firewall ?
If you can't, then can you RDP to server B from server A once you have RDPed to server A ?
You could also use VNC - thing is, if you can't set the firewall ports then your a bit stuffed.....
I don't know how to set up a PIX that's why I can't change it lol.
I don't want to remote twice, originally the RDP was just for me but now I'm wanting to enable a couple of members of staff access SIMS from home so need to send the RDP to that server instead.
I would have said what Matt said, but didnt realise that you wanted to let staff use it.
Im not sure if this is what you looking for but might be worth a try, this is assuming that you have got the "enable" password to get into the pix
Cisco PIX port 3389

Swap the IP addresses ?
What about using puTTY and it's tunnel system? Use puTTY to connect with SSH and then tunnels can be set up to push remote desktop from the remote pc to the school pc. Only the SSH port or a custom one of your choice if you like has to be opened on the school firewall.
Tunnels need to be port 3390 on the school pc, Remote desktops listening port.
Also you can configure remote desktop to only allow connections from specified domain users for extra security.
MSTS uses 3389
i had the firewall translate the outside port to the internal port, also connect to the main server and then use TS on that server to connect to the rest.
Cheers guys, will have a look through that link as I do have the PIX passwords.
Changing the server IPs isn't really an option as the IP I'd need to steal is the email server too, a lot of hassle methinks.
Don't really fancy using 3rd aprty software, I like to keep things as built in as possible, yeh anti-trust lawsuits or not!
Why don't you just install LogMeIn on the users PCs and let them use that from home? A lot easier if a bit of a kludge.
I don't want to have to subscribe to a third party website when I have the tools I need built in.
