Rep Power: 10 | Thanks for the reply and yes ive seen that one already. I dont even use AOFO and the error it mentions is not in the log. Im completely stumped as it not giving any errors i can chase up. |

Rep Power: 10 | Ok just to add to the madness, I've tested backing up the System State and that works quite happily. It only screws up when i try to backup files from the server. |

Rep Power: 29 | Have you configured a username and password for the backup server to connect to the remote machine with? Network -> Logon Accounts. Also check the credentials section on the backup selecton list for the job |

Rep Power: 10 | Yup the username and password is set. It works perfectly fine when doing a test run but not when you do an actual backup. If its a problem with the login account would it not have a problem backing up the System State? EDIT: Ive also tried it with a different account with no joy. |
