    Bit of an ambiguous question, but if you mean what software, we use an excel sheet called student sorting application.

    Our year groups are sorted into Intake Years, 12XY = 2012 Year 7. Grouping beyond that isn't done

    Hi we create all our intakes with an ou and group of intakexx xx is the year eg intake13
