Plot Mobile Phone GPS on Google Earth / Maps

Can someone suggest a good method of plotting your phone onto Google Earth or Google Maps on a PC.
I don't want to attach the phone to the PC - I want a live [ or semi live ] method of doing this if possible - anyone got any suggestions ?

Have a look at Google latitude, I use it to track my phone incase its stolen and secondly so I can see where I have been during my working day as I am here there and everywhere.

You can share it with someone so they can see where you are too.
