We use Heritage system in the Library. Recently our librarian could not log on to it.The whole of the app is on a share on the server (h: drive) and she has a shortcut to it on the desktop.
If we log in on another machine as her everything is fine. If I login on her machine it works (domain admin). If someone else logs in, it works. We made her a new profile from scratch and that does not work.
I have reset the file and share permissions on all the files. No joy. We have rebuilt her machine and still no joy.
The error message says that it cannot conect to the database then hangs.
So any ideas what I am missing?
