Adobe Premiere Elements 11 will not run

Hi,

I have 2 copies of Premiere Elements 11 that don't want to run as domain users (including domain admins). I am waiting for Adobe to get back to me regarding running it over a network but wondered if anyone else has the fix handy.

When I clcik on the Adobe elements application inthe program files I am getting

Sorted - I think

Looks liek its to do with the wonderful libraries and windows. If the libraries get altered then it doesn't like it. My domain admin account for some reason doesn't work but the students one does. I will creep away and hope its okay.
