I know this has been discussed before but I cant find it on the forum. I am under the impression this can be stopped with a reg patch? Or are you doing it by GPO
IF some one could let me know or supply the patch option i would appreciate it.

I would probably change the profile from .man back to .dat, make the change, then change it back to .man

If you use Mandatory profiles, you're able to load these into regedit (or maybe regedt32), so you can edit them.
You _may_ have to do it as a DAT file, I introduced a MAN file it briefly at our school a few months back, but ran into problems with it.
