Outlook Express Errors for no Reason

Ok people,

I have attached a picture of this ourlook express error i am getting on various machines when any user with any profile logs in. And it pops up twice but then is gone until you log in again.

It refers to not enough space for outlook express to launch but there are 2 things about this that is wrong.

1. We don't use outlook express (we use Outlook03) so as part of the standard image outlook express is not installed under the windows components.

2. The machine are ranging form 20gb free on their HDDs to 210gb free, it doesn't make sense.

Anyone got any ideas to conquer this?

But why do i have to do all of this, they arn't used, it does my nut in and i have no reason for it to suddenly start appearing on various stations, i should have clarified all the workstations are XP with SP2 installed oops
