Hello
I haven’t looked into this much yet. You know you can add Macs to a Windows Domain through a MAC Server then use the MAC Server to lockdown the settings. Is this possible to do the same in Ubuntu and lockdown the settings in Ubuntu Server or is it something different? Is it possible at all?
Thanks

You can add Ubuntu using samba. My workstation I am on now is Ubuntu connected to the domain. The experience isnt as seamless as using my windows workstation though and takes a bit of faffing.

Not in the way you are after unfortunately.
However, you need to remember that it is much more difficult to compromise a Linux station than a Windows one so less needs to be locked down to begin with.
