Question How to manually create a database for SIMS.net

Hello There, I have now successfully installed SIMS server. However, the dbAttach step has failed. But I don't want to know how to fix it, I'm giving up with that. I would, however, like to know the steps I need to take to manually create a database and the sysman login with SQL server management studio 2008. I know that once all the databases are created, I'll be able to assign the database on the "Locate SIMS on your system" page. Is it as simple as creating the sysman login? All help would be appreciated. And sorry for the long-winded explanations, Roger.

Can we have a bit more info on your setup? Will make it easier to understand where you are at

Yes, sure. I have installed SIMS.net Applications, as sims dbattach failed and sims db configuration. I then (manually) installed windows server 2008 I have created a blank databse in sql server management studio called LOGON. I have then "told" SIMS.net to use that database to start up. And that is where I am at.
