Question Are there any free alternatives to SIMS .net?

Well, as you know, I am really struggling with SIMS (if you've seen my previous posts) and rather than grovelling and begging them to purchase another MIS, I was wandering if there were any free alternatives to SIMS as I would be able to install it on Windows Server 2008 R2 (or Windows 7 if they're a stand-alone application) and have it act just like SIMS, you know, with at least some of the modules and a class attendance system. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks In Advance, Roger

I don't know what it's like. It has been mentioned on here in the past.

Most of them have been abandoned or are US specific, seems the most funded/active one is School Tool
