Black Screen - Users have to wait to get in
Been having an issue recently where once the user has logged on, they are sat staring at a black screen for ages.
This problem turns out to be caused by printer drivers. The user will recieve a UAC prompt that asks for admin permission to install drivers, however it doesnt appear, and the user it helpless.
We have solved it in the ICT Suite (temporarily) by logging in as admin and installing the drivers the 1st time, from then on its not an issue.
Going to look into deploying all the printers via group policy to stop it re-occuring.
