I seem to have bojour stuck is a state where it will not uninstall or upgrade how do I manual force to uninstall or upgrade? All the other components of i tunes are successfully working via group policy deployment. I have tried a Manuel uninstall but it still appears in the programs and features list.

19th July 2011, 02:32 PM #2 You could search for it in the registry (as it's labelled in Add/Remove Programs) and delete the whole entry. Refresh Add/Remove Programs, and it should no longer be there. Now try re-installing Bonjour.

Do you receive an error during the uninstall? I have seen this come up where the service for Bonjour will not delete properly, but you can manually delete it ("Sc delete "Bonjour Service"") and then rerun the uninstaller.
