    Vista Laptop Boot issue

    Hi,

A Staff memeber bought me their laptop today, the issue their having is the laptop wont login under their username, boot up into login screen and choose their usename, looks like its going to load their profile, and then the bluescreen of death appears, just about to create another user account to login, and try and move the data across to that for the mean time, just wondered if anyone has had anything like this before?

    Regards

gettting even worse now, 2nd day on this bloody thing, rebuilt yesterday, only to install windows updates, and the same problem re-occur, bluescreen of death just after logon, having to rebuild now, really interested to see how pc world install they tech guy image, or if phillips image them with it on to start with, either way, the graphics driver included is wrong and buggy, been awhile since i got rid of vista at home (went back to xp before windows 7) now i remember why!!!
