Hi guys
one of our teacher Had a problem while accessing itune in vista 32bit. when conect the Ipod the windows giving a error message" Itune stop working, windows collecting error information. we will nortify you when a solution avilabe" and terminate the program. i try that ipod in a xp matchine it works fin.
later he approched pc workd to downgrade his os to XP, thy said thy will charge for it and thy never heard any problem such like that. asked him to freshly reboot the vistsa to factory settings.
any 1 came accross such problem?

31st March 2009, 09:43 AM #2 Reinstall iTunes and Quicktime. The problem here is that you are using iTunes 
Ive never had issues with iTunes but it is an awful piece of software. I worked at PC world for a long time and never came across that issue either so would recommend a full backup / factory reset if all else fails! Tis a sure way to fix it!

30th April 2009, 03:25 PM #4 I had this problem with Vista Ultimate 64-bit it was for my girlfriends ipod and i wasn't going to remaster my PC for that so i installed Songbird which is like itunes but better and it all worked fine.
