    This sounds like the installation has failed, have you tried running the SIMSAplication setup again? Also have you turned UAC off?

    I had this and was sent a fix by our lea or capita i cant remeber which now. Just a small applicatino that takes about 10 secs to install can email it to you if you like.

    The SYSADMIN patch worked a treat thanks. still the same problem with UAC off and SIMSapplicationsetup re-run
