Slow copying over the network

So I was copying a 7.5gb Iso last night to my media server and the file was going at 750 kb/s according to vista. That would mean the file would take 3hrs to complete!!

I downloaded it quicker than that, are their any fixes available to download or is it a case of waiting for SP1?

This is supposedly the fix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938979 . It'll be included in SP1. It hasn't fixed the problem for everyone but it might sort your issue. While you're there, its sister patch, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938194 , might be of use.
