That will bite some of us on the @rse! I really don't want my OS deciding to use a network resource as a temporary folder when I'm editing audio or video files!some applications failed to work on Windows XP when users did not have administrator access because they assumed they would have full access to the C: drive and all parts of the registry. With Windows Vista, applications that attempt to write to restricted areas will have those writes transparently redirected to other locations in the user's profile.
