Event id 32 Disk caching enabled

    Hey,

I've just installed a 2012R2 VM (vhdx file) and made it a DC, the host is running Hyper V 2012. I have noticed in the event log 'Event id 32 The driver detected that the device \device\harddisk0\DR0 has its write cached enabled' which is a no go for a DC and I can't seem to be able to change it to disabled.

What I don't get is the physical host volume is set to disabled.

    any suggestions welcomed.

looks like a windows update takes care of this one. Windows RT, Windows 8, and Windows Server 2012 update rollup: July 2013

Thanks Cutter Project for the advice.
