I have finally got round to giving this a go this morning and must say im actually quite impressed. One quick question however, is there a way to removed all other AD permissions and just leave reset password. Currently if i right click on a user i get the option to delete etc.
That should change once you setup the "Delegate control" on the OU, doesnt it?

29th July 2011, 11:16 AM #17 Alternatively, do it in PHP on the webserver. We have a full web-based gui with autocomplete that runs from PHP using the adldap class to allow staff to reset passwords. ( adLDAP - LDAP Authentication with PHP for Active Directory )
Has the bonus of being able to work over mobile devices / Mac / PC / any device with web access.
