Hi
I am part way through upgrade to Exchange 2010, I have my exchange 2010 boxes running along side our current exchange 2007 boxes.
How do you mirgate stuff like address lists and email address policies etc.... over to the new 2010 boxes?
I can see them in 2010 management console. My plan is to take the exchange 2007 offline after i have moved all the mail boxes over.

1st July 2010, 08:53 PM #2 You don't need to as they are stored in AD, so they are migrated automatically and picked up by 2010 as soon as its installed
As long as you migrate your mailboxes then everything will be fine when you remove 2007

I'd guess this to be the same, but Migrating from Ex2003-Ex2010 is the same process?
I plan to install 2010 on new hardware, set up, migrate boxes then switch off Ex2003. Sounds simple doesnt it
