one specific user profile could not load properly,

Hi one of our pupils class profile not loading properly, we use class users not individual pupils logins. when this class log in same time some of the pcs log in properly but most of them not loading the profile correctly, no redirected programes loaded. but they can see their home folder.
i locally try to delete the profile, but its been used by another peogram, so i killed the spoolsv.exe then i could delete it. but still no luck?

sorted. deleted the local profile on the matchine and leleted the roaming profile on server. and its working fine. :-)
