Backup Exec 12.5 errors on NTFS junctions

I'm backing up a Windows 2008 server remotely using a remote agent and it errors on the "\\SERVER\C:\Users\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files" folder. On Vista/7 and Server 2008 this is just a pointer or shortcut as this folder didn't exist after Win 2003

Does anyone else get this surely BE 12.5 is aware of these folders/pointers?

    Cheers.

    EDIT

Ok I think it's to do with this setting "Back up files and directories by following junction points" option i'll post back when i've tested it.
