    Backup Exec Compression Feedback

    Hi,

I can't find a good place to put this, sorry.

Can anyone give any feedback on how much Backup Exec can compress files when backing up. The Concerned server will have lots of Videos, Installers, ISO images. The server is running Windows Server 2008 with Backup Exec 12.

    Thanks Allot

    Zak

It will be very low as most of these file types are already compressed in some way.
