Server 2008 with Roaming Profiles

We have just implemented a server 2008 as the primary domain controller. Now roaming profiles only work correctly for Domain Admins not normal users.

What is happening and how can I sort it?

I have read a few articles on Google and they say that the permissions of the Domain User Group have been modified slightly. How can i change these?

I can't remember how i did this, but the parent folder where all the profiles lives you need to change a file permission there, the user might need write access.
