Java msi package help :(

So I've grown to hate java I can't seem to get the msi package to work.
I've been troubleshooting this for awhile now, and I'm wanting to go get my 12lbs sledge at this point.

Run down: .msi package userlevel gp pushes: flash plugin, flash, java. Teh javaz no werk! I've got some screenshots below:

Strange part is when I log in the the server in mstsc from my machine the logging on page shows Java attempting to push, but every time I go into control panel it's not there, but flash being distributed just fine.

Also you need to change these values with orca to stop auto updating in your transform file:
JAVAUPDATE=0 (default=1)
AUTOUPDATECHECK=0 (default=1)
JU=0 (default=1)

I did, and I've never used Orca before O.o I just downloaded it.
