Password Policies

Hi all,

last week I had to reset a users password, this week they are saying that they cannot change it - when I went to see what the problem was the error that comes up is to do with password history, on my GP on Domain Policy I have set history to 0 so it shouldn't be happening.

Any Ideas anyone ?

What's the rest of your password settings like?

Normally there's minimum time before someone can change the password aswell.
