I've set up folder redirection for user documents, and it works except for it shows \\SERVER\Share\Username\My Folder in the address bar for the user instead of N:\My Folder
The client is XP Pro Sp3 and the GPO is configured on S2008R2.
Any help?

Redirection can be flakey if pointing to mapped drives and so it is better pointing them at UNC paths. Unfourtunatly this does leave the full path up in the address bars but with propper security this is not a big issue. I thought that SP3 hid the address bars by default so I'm wondering that has been turned on in GP.
There's an option in 'Tools' -> 'Folder Options' -> 'View' - 'Display the full path in the address bar'. Turn that off and then you will only get the current folder up there rather than the complete address. Dunno why it would be saying the complete UNC though rather than 'N:\My Folder'.
