Canon C5035 network issue
Hi I'm in a little jam here at the office,
We have a Canon 5035 and its been working great but from one day to the other users in the domain can still print but when they scan to a file located in a shared drive of the server it can't connect. all the credentials seem to be correct including the DNS settings directly to the server. When you browse you can see other PC in the domain and can enter a password but when you touch the server drive it says it does not respond. Need help and its my first time ever posting in a Forum.
