    Active Directory Web Front End

    Hi everyone,

Can you any of you recommend a web end for controlling active directory?
At the moment I use remote desktop to connect to my active directory from my ipad but I reckon it would be easier if there was a web front end.
I've done a search and found a few, this one looks like it has potential:

    Active Directory Web Interface

Any comments or recommendations would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

What about an app instead? Mobile Admin - Remote IT Management for Android, iPhone, iPad and Blackberry - it has an ipad app.

Thanks @localzuk, that's an excellent idea - very pricey tho.
I'll have a look and see if it's worth it.

The one you linked is thousands of dollars for licenses, so I assumed you didn't mind paying.

You may wish to re-read the initial post - he said he was already but it isn't great.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions so far.
I'm looking at quick ways to enable/disable accounts, reset passwords, add/remove from groups.

Apps 5 (App Store - AD HelpDesk) and 6 (App Store - ADManager Mobile) on the link I gave above seem like they will do this.

There is a free version of number 5 (App Store - AD HelpDesk Lite) but that doesn't have a native iPad interface apparently, but it might be you can try it out, see if it does what you want then buy it if you are using an iPad. :-)

AD Helpdesk as per recommendations above does everything required, OR, use ADLDAP for PHP from Download adLDAP to knock up your own...
