    Disk quota email

Is there a way to set up email notifications so that staff can be alerted when they are starting to run low on their network drive space so they're not ringing up going 'OMG I need more disk space now!!!'?

Not without some form of third party software (I would of thought).

If you're using Windows 7 you can clearly see how much space is being used clicking on 'Computer' to access network areas.

You could use FSRM [File Server Resource Manager]

You can configure the trigger condition for the E-Mail and you can configure multiple E-Mail triggers:

FSRM, and the Email field in their AD user account needs to be filled in. Doesn't need Exchange to work, as I initially thought.
