    Ignore Password Complexity

I have the High School computer lab shared with first graders. We have a password complexity suitable for middle and high school students. Out kinder and first grade teacher however complain that it's too complicated for the little kids. So I'm trying to find out how I can ignore the Pasword Complexity for just one user and then have them all share that account. Is this even possible, and if not, how do you address this issue?

If your AD Domain is functioning at 2008 level or later then you just need to create a new OU with the first grade users and deploy fine grained password policies.

Or just create new OU for those kids and block inheritance for GPOs, create new GPOs just for those users
