Forgive the late reply guys, its been a hectic few days. Just got back to this today, had to put it out of my mind for the weekend as i wasnt gonna let it ruin my weekend away... I feel like such a fool as something i should have checked and honestly thought i had checked, the blooming default gateway, was incorrect on dc01 which held all the roles. The air was blue here when i realised what id done. The odd thing is that its the first server i rebuilt and i hadnt had any initial problems until i bought the second controller in which was setup correctly. Unbelieveable i made such a basic mistake.

Nevertheless, thankyou very much for all your help, its a huge relief to know there are people who are so willing to help.
