    Hi folks,

    Does anyone know of software that can scan user areas for defined file-names/structures/types and write out a report.

    Have a look at Treesize? I use it here. The Pro version is pretty good - not sure if the free version has as many features. JAM Software - Product Overview

    There is a 30 day trial of pro though to see if it does what you need.
