I have a new DC running server 2008 R2 I ADprep and all that also transfered the FSMO roles ok but event viewer shows below
Event Type: Error
Event Source: NTDS Replication
Event Category: Replication
Event ID: 1791
Date: 17/11/2010
Time: 14:21:22
User: NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON
Computer: 02-DC
Description:
Replication of Naming Context DC=local,DC=xxxxx,DC=xxxxx,DC=sch,DC=uk from source 3756597b-cd57-44ce-aa70-5c0c65903c2b has been aborted. Replication requires consistent schema but last attempt to sync the schema had failed. It is crucial that schema replication functions properly. See previous errors for more diagnostics. If this issue persists, please contact Microsoft Product Support Services for assistance. Error 8418: The replication operation failed because of a schema mismatch between the servers involved..
