TS Remote App
Having a bit of a problem getting this running properly, i've got it up and running to the extent where by i can connect to the remote app system internally or externally, i can login and select a machine to connect to in the remote desktop section etc but apps won't appear!!
About 2 months ago when i was originally playing around with it i had it working where by i could see and run apps internally but they wouldn't appear when i tried to run them externally, now though i can't see them at all. Anyone have an suggestions as to what i may have missed or done wrong for this to happen?
Not sure if it affects it in any way but we're running ISA 2006 on our network.

For god sake, after many different attempts to fix it i restarted the server and they come back..... BAH!
The apps work fine internally, i can run them and use them etc but when run externally (had to get friend to test it) and this is what happens externally "your computer cant connect to the remote computer because the gateway server address is unreachable" What have i done wrong there then?

I think this Publishing Remote Desktop Web Connection Sites with the ISA Firewall Part 1 – Remote Desktop Web Services Concepts
will explain what happens, and why things do not work as expected.
It helped me. Its a lot of extra work though!

Also after SP3 came out for XP you have to remove a few reg keys to allow the activex control to work in a browser. When using RDWeb you do need to publish either the TS Server or a TS Gateway to allow for connections still having trouble with mine I can connect to our RDP servers externally through RDC Client after setting the TS Gateway however thrying to get the system to work via the rdweb is a different matter I'll read up on it further.
