    reapplying user security to already made folders

    Is there a way of/ scripting re-adding security to many folders already made? i.e. folder name of bloggs-j5666 with user security of bloggs-j6666 jusdt dont want to do this manually!

    Try this - it may do what you want - http://www.wisesoft.co.uk/software/ntfsfix/default.aspx

    We have used it before and it works well.
