Help me remove a phantom DC.....Please!

    Okay when I type...

    Code:
    dsquery servers
on one of my 2 DC's I get three DC's listed!?! The third 'phantom' DC is a server that was demoted some time ago and in now a plain member server.

If I run nstdutil and try and do a metadata cleanup only my 2 correct DC appear.

If I look through DNS, all the entries are correct and only my 2 correct DC's are shown.

Now dsquery must be getting this information from somewhere, so something must be wrong in my AD - somewhere.

Can anyone give me pointers as to were I should be looking because I'm starting to run out of ideas for useful google searches.

    Thanks

    Terry.

    False alarm - found it!

Entry was in AS Sites & Services under Default-First-Site/Servers. Entry now removed and DSQuery is correct
