Depends on it's use - our print server is 2* dual core xeon 2.8GHz, with 2GB of RAM. We have about 50 printers on it and pcounter. Spool folder sits on a 20GB partition and yes it has filled that previously. We are running win server 2003 sp2 tho, so it's a little less memory intensive than 2008R2.
