I switched from Backup Exec to Unitrends backup appliance. There are no license fees and I have been extremely pleased the user interface.

I'm currently using Acronis to back up to disk. If I'm honest it's OK.
It does the job, the downside is it that browsing through the backup file takes a while. The only "Complaint" I have is that I can't join my NAS to my domain so I have to specify the usernam and password to access it in the Acronis job. This is a problem because EVERY time I make a config changes it defaults back to the network account used to create the job/access the files and I have to remember to re-enter teh details (which are hidden on an advanced menu!!!)
