    2008 R2 Probs with OCS 2007 R2

Upgraded my Apps Server to 2008 R2 so I can take advantage of the new WDS
All installed OK, but OCS 2007 R2 wont work
The Front-End Service fails to start saying it took too long

    Anyone else come across this?

I came across when I was breaking it in Server 2003.

Certificates still valid? Checked event viewer for any hints?

There's also that tool you can run that checks your server (sort of like Exchange's Baseline Performance thing) that will often suggest reasons for it I think.

I can't be any more specific than that because it was a good 6 months ago I stumbled over it.

Solved it by re-installing on another server that isn't R2...
