Error copying files. Saying "out of space" for 7 KB file with 321 GB free

I am currently trying to move my users files into year folders rather than have them all in the one folder, to help backup among other things.
However I am having a weird problem in that I can't copy some users folders due to the following error...

Even richcopy tells me it is out of space?
Has anyone else come across this before?

I had a similar issue however mine was with a USB stick, turned out the drive was formatted for FAT32 and should have been NTFS.

Yeah, I have seen a few things about fat 32 with file sizes but this is NTFS and has over 300 GB spare!

And I'm only moving, not copying.

FSRM and quotas? For FSRM, quotas work for the file Owner.

Interesting, I do have quotas set.
    I will investigate that now.

    Thanks
