    CC4 Proxy issues

    Hi

I have changed the proxy settings on the RM Console in the global Internet user policy to our new proxy. This seems to take effect for some users but when a machine is logged off or restarted it randomly reverts back to the old proxy address meaning the Internet will not work. Even if the user logged on fine with the new settings or a new user is created logging on to a freshly built PC they still get the same issue at some point. It seems to be 100% random whether we get the new or old and a user it does work for will go back to the old proxy as well.

Has anyone else had an issue like this?

    Regards

    Hi

I would advise you reset the users profile, this should fix the issue you are getting.
