Just had to reboot one of my servers (Virtual Hyper-V 2008 R2 SP1)at home to finish updates and found that I was getting an IP Address Conflict and now GPMC is reporting it cannot find the forest root or the domain either (even though I can browse to them!)
When I checked in the Network & Sharing centre my NIC only has 1 IP assigned which is correct and is NOT assigned to any other device (I have checked them all)
Bit when I check in NETSH it shows 2 IP addresses assigned to the NIC:
I tried removing the IP and rebooted, but it came back!
Any idea what could be causing this as I am at a loss as to why this is occurring.

Resolved! Somehow RD IP Virtualisation had been enabled on my RD Session Host Config?!
