    I tend to assign a static ip to the CLEINT PC NIC within the ip range of the DC, then add PC to DOMAIN after that you can remove that static ip from the NIC, this is a work around, but works for me

    There isn't WINS setup and isn't listed in the Administrative Tools. Did I miss something?
