I have some shortcuts that are x64 specific (Program Files x86) that need to be delivered to my shared desktops on 64bit PCs. The shortcut is targeted to all x64 versions of Win 7 and is set to replace in "All Users Desktop".

The assigned GPO is deployed and can be checked in RSOP but no shortcuts appear.

What am I missing?
