adding 2nd network card to server problems

I am doing this on vmware before doing for real.

When I add a 2nd nic to my 2003 server I lose dhcp on the clients. When I look at the dhcp setting on the server the scope address has changed from the original nic to the new nic and I cant change back.

What am I doing wrong?

I fixed it. I needed to remove binding in dhcp.:)

If it's gooing to be on a domain controller you also need disable round robin dns. Look for multi homed domain controller article.
