Restricting recipients in Exchange 2003
We want to restrict the number of recipients that a student can send an email to (in order to stop chain mail, etc). However we need staff to be able to send to an unlimited number of people so that global distribution lists are not affected.
We have tried to do this by setting the default value in Exchange System Manager to 5 recipients, then manually changing the value for each member of staff to around 250. Unfortunately, the default restriction still applies to staff.
Is this a known issue with Exchange 2003? Is there a better way of achieving this?
