    Terminal Server issues

We currently have a windows server 2003 running TS this is so that teachers can login from home and do some work.

Teachers are currently reporting a problem that when accessing word documents that are more than one page long or have the schools logo on the document just flashes and they cant do anything.

I have tried everything and it is still doing it.

Can anyone give me any advice.

    Thanks in advance

I would just Zap the speicfic server with a new terminal server image will be quicker than messing about. Thats what we do.

Was the server in install mode when you installed Office?

Does TS still need an MSOffice license for every device that connects?
