For lots of reasons we would like the printers on a Server 2003 box, but we need to allow anonymous printing.
i.e completly anonymous ! no accounts, no nothing.....
Any ideas?

Jack a USB cable between a laptop and the printer when needed?
Create an account for Mr A N Onymous? Wipe all his data by script on logoff?

Print services for Unix

This is potentially a very bad idea.
You can switch on the guest account and enable printing for the everyone user but this is a good way to compromise security and kill another forrest worth of trees needlessly.
Simply set the permission on the printer share to everyone if that answers your question. Their other groups you can use but i am not near my server check it.

The everyone group does not inclued annonymous users by default anymore
Network access: Let Everyone permissions apply to anonymous users: Security Configuration Editor
Everyone group does not include anonymous security identifier
